Training Review Analysis (Click on picture to open)
A training review analysis will provide objective evidence on an individual's performance and development needs from a variety of people who interact with that individual - not just their manager, but also their colleagues and even their customers. It is impartial, objective, confidential, and forward-looking. This could also benefit employers and employees that traditional one-to-one appraisal and reviews may not deliver.
The key points to this training review analysis are be:
~ Judging whether the skills your staff have are sufficient and relevant to your
organisation
~ Looking at the personal attributes, attitudes and strengths that individuals
bring
~ Finding ways to fill any skills gaps that you identify
There are three main areas in undertaking this training review analysis and can be done either face-to-face or via email:
~ Organisational analysis
~ Individual skills analysis
